Within a six minute ride is the old St. Simons Village area, the lighthouse, East Beach/Atlantic Ocean, 47 restaurants; 5 banks, 2 marina's; boating, fishing; dancing; and more things to do than you can "shake a stick at!"
The pretty hardwood floors are 125 years old. The kitchen has all the "right stuff," you know, stainless appliances, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors, double stainless sink, convection oven, breakfast bar and breakfast area. The pantry door and all baseboards are stained.
